LIVE / Shlomi Pinto

Amidst the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the cultural world fell silent, I had the privilege of being approached by Shlomi Pinto, a talented and authentic live performance photographer. Entrusting me with the design of his debut photography book, Shlomi’s invitation marked the beginning of an enriching collaboration. Together, we embarked on a journey that I consider a significant cultural documentation, spanning over a decade of capturing the essence of live performances by some of the world’s most renowned artists.

Navigating through the challenges and uncertainties of the times, we persevered, ultimately bringing our vision to life with the recent publication of the book. This project has been deeply rewarding, offering me the opportunity to delve into and curate a design aesthetic that complements Shlomi’s captivating photography. From conception to execution, the process of finding the perfect vibes for this book was a creative voyage filled with discovery and refinement.
