Ruth Schreiber – Artist Book

Designing this book was a deeply collaborative and enriching process, shaped by the trust, sensitivity, and creative freedom shared with artist Ruth Schreiber and curator Emily Blisky.
From the outset, I listened closely to the multidisciplinary nature of Ruth’s work — sculpture, photography, video, and poetry — and aimed to reflect its quiet strength and layered meaning.
A soft Supporting Color creates a cohesive emotional backdrop, while a minimalist layout and Quiet Typography allow the works to speak for themselves.

Interspersed throughout are poetry inserts, printed on smaller-sized paper — a deliberate choice that sets them apart, adds rhythm, and deepens the book’s layered narrative.
